Siwan Jones brings over 20 years of talent advisory experience to ZRG’s London offices. She first joined ZRG with the acquisition of Holker Watkin and has returned after a brief hiatus.
Siwan specializes in strategy and transformation leadership and has deep experience with PE funds and their portfolio companies. She is known for providing insightful perspectives on talent, career progression, networking, and brand building.
Prior to ZRG, Siwan was a co-head of Holker Watkin, specialists in strategy and transformation roles. She was instrumental in easing the transition of their team into ZRG. She has a strong track record of working internationally and is comfortable operating in different cultures. In addition to her work in PE, she is a trusted advisor to clients in healthcare, business services, technology, and retail.
Siwan resides in London and holds an MA from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge.
