Shawn Lyons joins ZRG as the Managing Director of RPO. With 16 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, Shawn has established a robust career in both retained recruitment and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Most recently, he served as the Director of National Accounts-Healthcare for a Global Talent Solutions Organization. Shawn's deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare sector, particularly hospitals and health systems, has been a cornerstone of his professional journey.

Shawn’s career in healthcare recruitment spans a decade in retained recruitment followed by six years in RPO. His extensive experience and leadership in managing national accounts have enabled him to successfully navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry and drive strategic talent solutions.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Outside of his professional life, Shawn is dedicated to daily exercise, follows University of North Carolina football, enjoys watching his son's high school football team, and loves taking walks with his German Shepherd, Kylo.
