Scott Jackson joined ZRG in 2019 with the acquisition of Toft Group Executive Search, where he has worked since 2015. As a Managing Director, he brings over ten years of search experience exclusively within Life Sciences executive search. Scott has a proven track record of quickly discerning client requirements to find best-in-class talent for key executive roles. In addition to a broad focus on highly technical roles, Scott has developed a practice placing valuable niche recruiting of C-Suite, EVP, SVP/ VP-level roles within the functional areas of Chief Technology Officers, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Leaders, and Commercial Operations.  Some specific areas of specialization include companies in cell/ gene therapy, life science tools, biotech, diagnostics and medical devices.

Prior to joining ZRG, Scott was a Talent Acquisition Manager with a San Francisco-based consulting firm focused on biotech, pharma, and medical device industries, where he played a key role in successfully deploying large teams of strategic and tactical consultants specifically in response to FDA regulatory enforcement. Prior to that, Scott held positions of increasing responsibility within research, technical recruitment, and recruitment management.

Scott holds a B.S. in Business, with a focus in accounting and marketing, from Oklahoma City University.
