Sarah Jason is a Director of Business Development in ZRG’s Healthcare and life Sciences Interim Solutions and Project Consulting practice. With a strong background in healthcare consulting, business development, and interim staffing, she specializes in delivering tailored workforce solutions that help healthcare organizations navigate transformation, optimize operations, and improve patient care.

Sarah has built a diverse career in healthcare talent solutions and consulting, partnering with hospitals and healthcare organizations to address critical consulting and project needs.

Prior to joining ZRG, she was a Senior Account Manager at RGP, where she managed strategic accounts across all healthcare sectors. She focused on project-based consulting in transformation, accounting and finance, change management, EMR transformation, supply chain, audit, revenue cycle, and Medicare/Medicaid support.

Before RGP, Sarah served as a Business Development Manager at CardioSolution, where she played a pivotal role in developing interim teams to deliver 24/7 cardiac care programs to rural hospitals across the U.S. She strategically placed specialized talent to help hospitals in non-metro areas provide lifesaving care to underserved communities.

She also worked as an Account Executive at Robert Half, where she provided enterprise solutions for healthcare clients, specializing in ERP/EMR projects. She supplied consultants for implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of electronic health record (EHR) and ERP systems, ensuring seamless pre- and post-go-live support.

Sarah’s expertise includes healthcare consulting, business development, interim leadership solutions, and technology-driven workforce strategy. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations tackle workforce challenges and build agile, high-performing teams.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
