Samantha Sullivan is based in ZRG’s London office and is a Principal in ZRG’s Global Digital and Technology Practice.

She brings over twenty-five years of executive search experience gained across leading global firms, specialist boutiques and in-house talent leadership. Samantha brings a commercial, operator-minded perspective to executive search, helping clients secure transformational technology leaders who can drive growth, innovation and business performance.

Samantha began her career focusing on senior digital and corporate functions appointments across consumer-facing sectors, before moving in-house to lead executive search at a UK plc retailer during a dynamic period of turnaround and digital transformation. Today, she specialises in senior technology, digital, data and AI leadership appointments, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data & AI Officers, Chief Digital Officers and CISOs, as well as their direct reports.

She works across a broad range of industries, advising private equity investors and their portfolio companies, as well as FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 organizations.
