Samantha Foster has over twenty years’ experience in Industrial executive search and leads our Industrial practice group from our Connecticut office. Samantha has previously worked at Odgers Berndtson and began her career at Lockheed Martin.

She places C-Suite, President, Vice President, and General Management roles throughout the industrial sector, with a specialty in civilian and government aerospace and defense positions.

Samantha holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University. She serves on the Board of the New England Air Museum, is part of the Membership Committee of the Wings Cub, Connecticut Women in Manufacturing group, and serves as a member of Lumen, an organization that seeks to increase the number of women serving on corporate boards. Samantha is an avid boater in the Long Island Sound.
