Rodrigo Byrro is a Managing Director of ZRG Partners Brasil, one of the fastest growing mid-sized global executive search firms in the industry. Rodrigo is based in the São Paulo office and is co-responsible for the company’s startup in Brazil. He is the head of the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) practice and has conducted consulting projects for IT, Telecom, Media, Communications, Internet and Professional Services sectors.

Rodrigo started his career at Siemens, where he worked for more than 6 years at the Telecom Network division with a business development responsibility. After that, he became HTC´s (High Tech Computer Corp.) Sales Director in Brazil, being also responsible for company´s startup in Brazil back in 2006.

He has been working in the executive search industry for the last 5 years. Before joining ZRG, Rodrigo worked for other 2 executive search companies in Brazil, as the Head of the TMT Business Unit leading a team of market specialists in those sectors.

Rodrigo holds a Bachelor´s degree in Electronic Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá (São Paulo, Brazil) and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Ibmec (currently Insper – São Paulo).

He is a native speaker of Portuguese, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
