Before ZRG, Rob co-founded and served as Managing Member of Insight Investments, LLC, an asset management firm, for nine years, honing his entrepreneurial perspective and talent management acumen. He began his career at Accenture, where he spent six years as an executive in the Change Management and Human Performance practice. There, he led large-scale organizational change initiatives integrated with digital and technology transformations for major clients including Allstate, State Farm, CNA, and Amoco (now BP).
Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wheaton College (IL). He is deeply committed to investing in the community, having served on the City of Wheaton (IL) Liquor and Tobacco Control Commission and various non-profit and church boards. An avid youth sports coach drawing from his college lacrosse experience Rob prioritizes work-life integration.
