Rob has spent 20 years working within the real estate sector, beginning his career in real estate advisory before pivoting into Executive Search where he has spent the last 12 years focused on executing mandates across Leadership, Executive, and Non-Executive roles within the UK, Europe, and North America. Rob previously worked for Granger Reis, Korn Ferry and Carmichael Fisher.
His commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) is a driving force in his career, and he has actively supported initiatives such as Freehold, Real Estate Balance, and LandAid.
Rob is a proven originator who also enjoys to execute and deliver for his clients who are primarily Developers, Real Estate Advisory firms, and Construction Consultancies. He has sub-specialties in Industrial & Logistics, Life Sciences, and Data Centres.
Rob holds a BSc in Real Estate and an MSc in Project Management, which underpin his professional approach and strategic insight into talent acquisition.
