Rita's journey began in Silicon Valley in 1983, where she honed her skills as a product manager and regional sales manager for some of the technology sector's most innovative companies, including National Semiconductor and Sharp Microelectronics.

She joined ZRG in 2013 and has consistently demonstrated her ability to navigate complex business landscapes. She delivers exceptional value to her clients and builds lasting relationships. Her extensive experience in sales and business development has positioned her as a trusted leader in fostering growth and innovation.
