Richard White is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Private Equity Practice, bringing deep expertise in advising private equity and venture capital firms as well as the senior leaders who drive performance across portfolio companies.

Before joining ZRG, Richard built a career spanning private equity, executive search, digital transformation, media, and marketing. He was recruited to Patriarch Partners, an $8 billion AUM private equity firm, where he spent more than a decade leading talent acquisition.

Richard specializes in senior executive and C-suite search for private equity-backed organizations across a wide range of industries. At Patriarch Partners, he led executive hiring efforts for more than 70 portfolio companies spanning 14 sectors while overseeing talent strategy for the holding company. He later served as Managing Partner of the Executive Search Practice at Momenta Partners, a boutique search and investment firm focused on digital transformation. Earlier in his career, Richard held leadership roles in public relations and digital marketing agencies and served as Director of Media & Talent Relations at FOX News Channel.

Based in New York, Richard leverages his experience as both a talent leader and search advisor to help investors and portfolio companies secure the executives needed to accelerate growth and create long-term value.
