Rich joined ZRG Partners in September 2015 with more than 12 years' experience in retained executive search. As Managing Director in the New Jersey office, he is focused in the Industrial and Life Sciences practice areas. He has successfully executed numerous assignments for chemical and pharmaceutical companies in North America and Europe in a wide variety of functions. His particular area of expertise is the development of candidates for cross border search assignments where cultural fit is critical. Rich is passionate about placing top talent in his clients’ organizations and watching them succeed.

Prior to his career in executive search, Rich worked as a business executive in sales, marketing, and general management roles in the specialty chemical industry, primarily for European companies. During his 23 year career in industry, he was fortunate enough to spend two years at the Rhone-Poulenc S.A. headquarters in Paris, France.

Rich holds a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Brown University and an MBA in chemical marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Rich and his wife Christy reside at the Jersey Shore where they enjoy golf, gardening, and building sandcastles with their grandchildren.
