With over twenty years of experience in executive search, Richard has earned an enviable reputation among clients and contemporaries as one of the industry's most trusted talent advisors. He previously led his own boutique firm, Dowd Associates.

Richard concentrates on financial leadership roles, including CFO, CAO, Treasurer and VP Finance. He is an expert advisor in financial leadership across industry verticals.

Richard holds a BA degree in History from Syracuse University. His love of music was the inspiration for becoming one of the Founding Board Members of the Ilias Kementzidis Music Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to high school students looking to study music in college
