Rebecca Eckstein is a Senior Consultant and Member at ZRG The Registry, and part of ZRG’s Education, Nonprofit, and Social Impact practice. She brings three decades of experience in enrollment management, financial aid, strategic communications, coaching, and interim higher education leadership.
Rebecca has been a member of ZRG The Registry since 2018 and has completed eight interim enrollment management placements for colleges and universities across the country.
Her interim work includes assignments with the University of Houston, Iona College, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Cal Maritime, Tufts University, College of Our Lady of the Elms, Saint Leo University, and Xavier University. Before her work with ZRG The Registry, Rebecca served nearly two decades at Hollins University as Director of Financial Aid and Dean of Admission and Financial Aid, followed by senior enrollment roles at Stetson University, Ohio Wesleyan University, and Woodward Academy.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a systems accountant for the Department of Defense. Her expertise spans enrollment strategy, net revenue growth, affordability, student access, leadership coaching, and support for students with learning differences.
Rebecca holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting from Mary Baldwin University and a master’s in liberal studies with a focus on computational sciences from Hollins University. She is a Professional Certified Coach, a John Maxwell Certified Team Member, and a DISC Consultant.
