Phil Crawford joined ZRG in 2021 as a Principal supporting the firm in executing search engagements as part of the Private Equity and Strategy & Transformation practices.

Phil has over a decade of executive search experience. Prior to joining ZRG, he worked for another international executive search firm where he focused on Private Equity searches assisting in C-Suite hires for middle market portfolio companies.

Phil’s main area of expertise is in strategy, finance, & accounting, helping clients within this sector with their most crucial hires.

Phil graduated from John Carroll University in Ohio, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on finance.
