Pablo Perella-Berdun joined ZRG as a Managing Director in 2023, serving the Industrial practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Pablo served as Vice President for Kennedy Executive Search BV, a group of boutique executive recruitment and development firms serving a global network of clients and as Managing Partner for its Latin America region member, Talent Corporate Solutions, with offices in Miami, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo.

Previously, Pablo enjoyed a 27-year corporate career, progressing through increasingly complex startup, growth acceleration, and turnaround assignments in FMCG, Medical Device, Hygiene & Safety Products, and Specialty Chemicals. He started in Argentina with Santander Rio Bank and Alpargatas and later joined Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he led local, regional, and global teams in Argentina, Brazil, and the US for over 20 years. Pablo also served as the President of Microban International, a global leader in antimicrobial and odor control chemical additives with a diverse customer portfolio including Procter & Gamble, Ecolab, Nike, Under Armor, and Uniqlo. Pablo currently serves on the Advisory Board of Network Science, a digital acceleration consulting company based in London and Mumbai.    

After completing undergraduate and graduate studies in Buenos Aires, Pablo received his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has also completed executive management programs at Duke University, MIT, CEIBS (China), Wharton, and IESE (Spain).

Pablo is an avid traveler, trail runner, skier, and scuba diver. He is also a devoted soccer fan.
