Throughout his career, Owen has held senior leadership roles with globally recognized organizations including Korn Ferry, BDO, Control Risks, and Conduent. His work has centered on sales, business development, consulting, and organizational growth, with a focus on helping companies navigate complex business challenges and identify new opportunities.

Owen is the founder of Burns Bright Consulting, an executive advisory and leadership development firm. He is also the author of The Power of Love in Business and The GDPR Challenge. His insights on leadership, technology, and business transformation have been featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur.

Recognized for his contributions to innovation and entrepreneurship, Owen received recognition through the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals AI for Good competition and was nominated among New Jersey's most innovative companies. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee of Seton Hall University's Buccino Leadership Institute, where he supports the development of emerging business leaders.
