Nancy brings deep experience with governance consulting and executive search to the Board Services practice at ZRG. Prior to ZRG, she was a Partner with James Drury Partners, a boutique board advisory firm specializing in governance consulting and board of director placements across industries.Previously, she worked at Allstate as a talent recruiter at the executive level. The Leadership Talent Acquisition Team was undergoing a significant transformation at the time and focused on external recruitment for senior positions. Prior to Allstate, she was a Principal with a boutique search firm that focused on leadership roles within the commercial real estate industry. She started her career at A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm. Nancy is a graduate of Michigan State University. She lives in Chicago on the Northwest side with her husband (Bill Brazeau), daughter (Ella), and dog (Winston).
