Mike Broadbridge is a Principal at ZRG with 12 years of recruitment experience spanning Consumer, Industrials (Oil/Gas), Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, and Commodities. In addition, Mike has functional experience placing Financial Officers. Having been raised in an expatriate environment, moving frequently throughout Europe in his childhood, Mike then worked in Switzerland for most of his early career. He is fluent in English, French, and German.

Mike started his career in Finance at Michael Page, taking over the Commodity Trading Function. He later established and directed his own boutique search firm, recruiting Commodity Traders into Trading Houses & Hedge Funds, Risk Managers, Trade Finance, and corporate function positions. Mike then joined a small boutique firm in the UK to establish their Financial Officers practice before ultimately making the move to ZRG.

Mike’s area of specialty is in CFO and Finance functional placements across a multitude of industries and locations. Being multilingual, he operates across all central Europe.

Mike's areas of expertise include Financial Officers, Consumer, Financial Service, Industrial, Life Sciences, and Private Equity.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Lancaster University.
