Margaret “Meggie” Porter is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Chicago office, where she specializes in executive search across the industrial sector, partnering with clients to identify and attract high-impact leadership talent. She brings deep experience executing senior-level searches across a broad range of functions, supporting engagements from Vice President through C-suite and Board Director levels.

Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Meggie focused on CEO and Board of Director research at Cook Associates, Inc., supporting leadership searches across the technology, consumer, industrial, and financial services sectors. Throughout her career, she has developed and executed talent strategies for complex, high-profile assignments, bringing a research-driven and market-informed approach to executive search.

Earlier in her career, Meggie spent several years in higher education admissions, further strengthening her ability to assess talent, build relationships, and guide individuals through important career decisions.

Meggie earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
