Marc Gasperino is the Managing Director for the Digital and Transformation Practice at ZRG, specializing in Talent Advisory and Executive search. Marc’s dedication to his clients and straightforwardness has aided him and his team in successfully completing some of the most challenging projects across all markets.

Before joining ZRG, Marc was Senior Managing Director at Teneo, a Global CEO Advisory Firm, where he consulted both FTN 500 and pre-IPO clients in the recruitment of diverse, innovative, C-level executives and Board members to guide transformational strategies and IPO readiness.

Prior to Teneo, Marc’s career journey included notable roles at ON Partners, Korn Ferry and CTPartners, where he developed and led global digital practices. He began his professional journey at GE Capital, where he honed essential skills in process management, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Marc is a proud alumnus of Marist College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in communications.

Marc resides in the coastal town of Little Silver, NJ, with his wife and their three children. In his leisure time, Marc enjoys spending time with his family, watching and coaching sports, enjoying the beach and indulging his passion for cooking.
