Lynn Kelly serves as the Director of Recruiting for ZRG Interim Solutions & Project Consulting. Lynn is a Talent Acquisition professional with a strong finance and accounting foundation. She is passionate about sourcing and identifying top-qualified candidates while building lasting relationships. Lynn brings a unique knowledge and skill set to the table and an aptitude to exceed hiring goals.

Throughout her career, she has successfully developed innovative ideas to improve market penetration and partnered with business leaders to understand current and anticipated demand trends. Lynn has also removed obstacles to success and motivated teams to achieve high levels of performance. Her expertise lies in full life cycle recruiting, on-boarding, leadership, project management, relationship management, outsourcing, and vendor management.

Some of Lynn’s career highlights include leading the recruitment efforts for complex roles for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients, as well as developing a recruiting strategy to proactively source and maintain a qualified consultant pipeline. She has also managed the entire offer process, analyzed and edited job advertisements, and conducted new hire orientation.

Lynn is a Talent Acquisition professional with a track record of success at RGP, a global professional services firm spun off from Deloitte. As Vice President for the East Territory, Lynn pioneered innovative approaches to sourcing top-tier, diverse talent. Previously Lynn served as Talent Acquisition Director/Senior Director, specializing in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain & HR.

At Prudential Financial, Lynn served as Operations Finance Director, overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, and talent management initiatives. Earlier roles included Finance Director in Corporate Planning and Analysis, with responsibilities in budget planning, forecasting, and financial leadership for various departments.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University.

An active member of the "Move it Monday" walking club, Lynn enjoys weekly walks and the camaraderie of fellow members. Additionally, Lynn contributes to her local community by volunteering as a church lector and school chairperson.  She serves as a Board member for her local homeowner’s association, dedicating time to contribute to neighborhood initiatives and fostering a sense of community.
