Louisa has worked with some of the world's leading companies, advising boards and executives on how they utilize technology and data and identifying talent solutions to support strategic technological transformation. She has specific expertise in hiring C-suite leaders and their immediate leadership teams, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Transformation Officers, Chief Technology Officers and Chief Information Security Officers.

Louisa earned her degree as a BOst (Bachelor of Osteopathy)-qualified Osteopath from the British School of Osteopathy as well as a degree in Psychology from Westminster University.

Louisa lives in Wimbledon Village and loves walking her dog on Wimbledon Common. With an enthusiasm for cycling, hill-walking, skiing, and wild swimming, she embraces all that the outdoors has to offer. Louisa is passionate about live music, animal welfare, human well-being, and the environment.

She cares passionately about how she engages with her network, aiming to delight and outperform candidates' and clients' expectations.

Louisa previously gained experience as a Partner for Korn Ferry, CT Partners, and HIEC. She most recently served as the Head of Practice, Digital & Technology for Savannah Group.

Louisa joined ZRG in 2022 as a Managing Director and co-leads the Digital and Technology Officers practice. She brings over 25 years of executive search experience focused on hiring at the board and executive level within global and domestic organizations. Louisa's clients range from small, entrepeneurial, start-ups to some of the world's largest organizations, spanning all sectors and multiple international geographies.
