Lindsay Alexander is a Principal who advises consumer-driven brands and retailers, with special focus on beauty, personal care, health/wellness, and retail segments including apparel and home. She has a track record for successful placements of Board Directors, CEOs, and leaders in marketing, digital, finance, strategy, and commercial, for Fortune 500 companies as well as private-equity backed and founder-led businesses.

Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Lindsay led executive search engagement with Herbert Mines Associates. She moved into search following a decade with the Estée Lauder Companies where she worked with senior leadership to set and accelerate the brand portfolio’s strategic agenda. Prior to Estée Lauder, Lindsay held business development and operations roles at consumer-facing startups in the multi-unit food & consumables and the health & wellness sectors. Earlier in her career she was a key member of the Strategic Planning Group at American Express and was a strategy and operations consultant for global management consulting firm Kearney.

Lindsay received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in economics from Northwestern University. She lives in Connecticut with her family.
