Leonardo Ribeiro is Managing Director at ZRG Partners Brazil, one of the fastest growing mid-sized global executive search firms in the industry. Leonardo in based in the Rio de Janeiro office and is co-responsible for the company’s startup in Brazil. He is also member of the firm’s life sciences, education, healthcare services and TMT practices.

Leonardo has more than 15 years of experience in the retained executive search business, specializing in senior management and management positions. Over the years he gained experience in recruiting CEO’s, CMO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s, CHRO’s, among other relevant positions.

Before joining ZRG, Leonardo worked for another executive search company in Brazil, as Vice President & Partner. He was also Head of the Business Unit comprising Rio de Janeiro, the North and Northeast Regions of Brazil. Besides leading a team of market specialists, Leonardo particularly covered the segments of media & entertainment, life sciences, education, healthcare services, fast moving consumer goods, retail and infrastructure services.

Leonardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Universidade Federal Fluminense. He also attended the Advanced Program in Executive Search Consulting through Cornell University.

Leonardo is a scuba diver, underwater and nature photographer.
