Lee Golodny has over a decade of executive search experience exclusively in the Life Sciences & Nonprofit arenas. He excels at C-Suite level search and subsequently building out senior leadership teams including EVP/SVP, and executive-level searches in multiple functional domains. Lee has built strong relationships with emerging venture-back firms and nonprofit organizations globally. Overall, Lee has successfully placed over 150 executives in the Life Sciences & Nonprofit industries.

Lee began his career in executive search at a boutique retained executive search firm where he was promoted yearly to become VP, R&D Search Practice.

In this role, he was responsible for cultivating relationships with emerging biotech companies, midsized organizations, and large pharmaceutical companies. He brought in several of the most senior searches in the firm during his tenure. Having led a team of four direct reports and mentored several others, Lee excels at identifying and developing top talent in a timely fashion.

He prides himself on making the recruitment experience enjoyable for HR partners, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the process of a search. He is also active in several nonprofits himself, including serving on the Advisory Board of Life Science Cares’ New York Chapter.

Lee earned his BA in Psychology from Long Island University Post.

Lee enjoys traveling globally, reading, and exploring all New York City has to offer, including concerts and restaurants from Manhattan to the suburbs. He has volunteered with the Salvation Army, Kiwanis International, and local efforts to improve the lives of the homeless.
