Larry Hansen

Larry Hansen has more than 25 years of management and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device industries, which has defined his approach and success with executive searches in those key sectors.

Throughout his life sciences career, Larry has prioritized team-building, recognizing it as the cornerstone of company growth and success. Before joining ZRG, he served as chief commercial officer for Aviir Inc., where he built and led a commercial team through the launch and rapid growth of specialty cardiology products. Prior to that, he held the role of vice president, commercial operations for bioTheranostics, part of the worldwide bioMerieux group, where he launched a comprehensive portfolio of oncology products in the U.S. and internationally.

Larry also served in senior management roles for Prometheus Laboratories and was responsible for establishing the company’s sales force, leading it through multiple expansions. At Prometheus, he created one of the first successful commercial teams focused on personalized medicine, combining diagnostics and therapeutics. Larry began his sales career at the Procter & Gamble and also held several positions within Novartis.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Parkside, with concentrations in Sales & Marketing and Human Resource Management.
