She works with clients across insurance, banking, investment and wealth management, consumer finance and specialty lending, Fintech, and beyond in related market infrastructure, data services, and professional and business services as well as private equity-backed portfolio companies. Lan has experience recruiting across multiple functions, building out entire teams as well as placing executives at the board and management committee levels.

Prior to joining ZRG, Lan was a Partner at a global executive search firm. Before that, she was leading financial services searches with a female-owned boutique firm.

Earlier in her career, Lan was a lawyer in Washington, DC, serving clients in complex disputes including trials and investigations, antitrust matters, and damages, particularly those involving the federal government.

Lan has demonstrated success in solving business challenges, excelling where a sophisticated understanding can bear on increasingly technical, emerging, and esoteric roles that conjoin components of risk, analytics, data, or digital. She brings expertise in finance, legal, risk, regulatory, and privacy functions that also touch on data and security issues.
