She has designed and facilitated workshops for a variety of companies, engaging them in the process of transformative culture change.

Originally from the USA, Kim now resides in Sydney, Australia, and has worked across the Asia Pacific region. She has worked with companies in various industries including airline, engineering, finance, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, publishing, professional services, retail, and transportation.

Kim has a BS in Communication from the University of Texas, Austin and Graduate Diploma of Positive Psychology holds a variety of accreditations and certifications such as: The Leadership Circle Profile and TLC System, Human Synergistics leadership and cultural assessments, Leadership and Culture transformation tools with Barretts Values Centre, MBTI and Systemic Constellations. Kim is a PCC ICF accredited coach.
