Kevin Jones leads ZRG Partners’ Real Estate & Construction executive search practice.

As Managing Director, Kevin is responsible for search engagement, strategy, and delivery. He offers a unique blend of human capital experience forged over 25 years in the executive search industry.

Further, Kevin is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in Healthcare and Institutional Real Estate, Development, Investment, Construction & Design Management, Asset Management, and Sustainability.

His clients include Real Estate Developers, REITs, Third-Party Real Estate Service Providers, Program Managers, Private Equity, Construction Management firms, Architects, and Real Estate Owners.

Kevin is a high-level Talent Assessment & Acquisition strategist working closely within C-suites and boards to evaluate org charts, succession planning, and market approach as well as onboarding and cultural integration.

He has sat on company boards of directors, acting as a key member for Strategy, Talent Assessment, Best Practices, Compensation, and Succession Planning Committees.

Kevin brings prior experience as Managing Principal and Partner with two leading boutique Commercial Real Estate & Construction retained executive search, compensation analytics, leadership assessment, and human capital strategy consultancies.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he also studied Behavioral Psychology.
