As Co-Head of Global Healthcare & Life Sciences at ZRG, she specializes in delivering strategic talent and consulting solutions that enhance operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance for payers, providers, life sciences organizations, and health technology innovators.

Joni has a proven track record of building high-performance sales teams and delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable success. Most recently, she led the Global Healthcare Industry vertical and Private Equity practice at RGP, where she worked with a broad range of clients, including large hospital systems, payers, emerging health tech companies, and life sciences organizations. Her expertise extends from pre-revenue startups focused on innovation to established life sciences companies with mature market positions, allowing her to navigate complex industry challenges and design impactful consulting solutions.

In addition to leading RGP’s healthcare industry vertical, Joni also spearheaded the private equity practice, focusing on value creation for the top 15 private equity firms. Under her leadership, the practice facilitated over 500 engagements per year across sponsor-backed portfolio companies, delivering data-driven insights and operational enhancements that accelerated growth and efficiency.

Prior to RGP, Joni held numerous leadership positions across North America and Latin America, strengthening her expertise in global business strategy and healthcare advisory. As a former Corporate Controller and Deloitte alum, she brings a strong foundation in audit, advisory, and financial oversight within the healthcare industry.
