Joe is a Managing Director at ZRG Partners. He works with private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, and management teams to recruit CEOs and senior executives for their companies and their deals.
He has 20+ years of experience as an investor across venture capital, lower middle-market private equity, and family office platforms. That experience shapes his judgment around what effective leadership looks like at different points in an investment and across a company’s growth trajectory, and underpins his work identifying, evaluating, and delivering executives aligned with board priorities.
Joe also serves as Managing Partner of Greenwich Private Investments, Senior Advisor to G*Ventures Management, and Advisory Board Member of the Chang Robotics Fund.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Georgetown University.
