Joe collaborates with private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, boards and management teams to deliver exceptional talent for critical roles. With over 20 years of experience in building teams, raising capital, and executing transactions, he is skilled at helping businesses identify and secure the talent they need to drive growth, solve problems and capitalize on opportunities.

Joe has honed his executive search experience at Focus Search Partners (now Highspring), Korn Ferry and Patina Solutions. Prior to those roles, he held senior leadership positions in lower middle market private capital firms, including Partner at Saugatuck Capital and Head of Business Development at Metropolitan Partners.

Joe is also the Managing Partner of Greenwich Private Investments. For the past 25 years he has served as a Senior Advisor to G*Ventures Management, a closely held firm. He also serves as an Advisor to Fintech Franchise Network and the Chang Robotics Fund.

Earlier in his career, he built a foundation in corporate development, M&A, and venture capital through roles at CRH plc and internet.com corporation. Joe earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and BA from Georgetown University.

Joe lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife, two children and dog Romeo where he enjoys being actively engaged in local and state government as well as playing tennis and chess.
