Jocelyn Gates joined ZRG in 2022 and serves as the firm’s Vice President, Coaches, College & Performance. With her expansive network, Gates has swiftly transitioned into a seasoned recruiter with the placement of Michigan State University’s Executive Sr. Associate AD/Development and assistance on the NCAA President and Big Ten Commissioner search efforts. Before joining ZRG, Jocelyn was the Senior Associate Director of Athletics with the Ohio State Dept. of Athletics and Senior Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at Boston College and with prior positions at South Florida, Duke, and the NCAA.
