Jennie Farrell joined ZRG’s Strategy & Transformation Division, as Office Manager in 2012.  She was promoted to Operations Manager, Strategy & Transformation/Interim Solutions UK & EU in 2025. In this role, she serves the wider finance, administration, and office management needs of the ZRG team. In addition, Jennie offers practical support in managing the end-to-end processes of both interim and permanent searches for the division. Prior to joining ZRG, Jennie worked at the UK INSEAD Alumni Association for seven years. In addition, she has volunteered at the National Archives supporting the Royal Navy First World War Lives at Sea project and is currently a parent governor bringing a perspective to a school's governing body, helping set vision, strategy, and holding leadership accountable. Jennie is a mother to two children, a boy and girl. She is a very keen football (or soccer to some) fan and regularly attends matches.
