Jeff DiSandro is a Managing Director at ZRG, where he advises boards, CEOs, founders, and investors on executive talent and organizational leadership. He leads CEO and senior executive searches for venture-backed, private equity-backed, and public technology companies, helping clients identify leaders equipped to scale organizations and navigate critical periods of growth and change.​

With a background spanning executive search and corporate finance, Jeff brings a business and financial perspective to leadership assessment. He looks beyond experience and functional expertise to understand how executives make decisions, build and lead teams, and perform in complex, high-growth environments.​

Much of Jeff’s work centers on companies undergoing significant transformation, whether driven by rapid growth, changing markets, artificial intelligence, new business models, or organizational scale. He helps boards, CEOs, founders, and investors identify the leadership capabilities required to successfully navigate these transitions and build organizations equipped for the next stage of growth. His work spans artificial intelligence, SaaS, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and technology-enabled services, alongside advisory work in team assessment, succession planning, and organizational design.​

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Science and Managerial Economics from Colby College and is based in Boston.
