Jake Sutton joined ZRG in 2021 as Principal with seven years’ experience in executive search. He helps oversee specific areas of expertise in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC for the provision of talent strategy, management, and acquisition services. Jake serves as a member of the Professional and Technology Services Practice, which spans management consulting, business services, and technology services, including all digital services.

Prior to ZRG, Jake led the Restructuring Group at Rees Draper Wright, working with retained clients predominantly from the private equity space. He won several new clients for the firm and partnered with his clients to help them increase their growth and tackle restructuring and transaction advisory challenges. Earlier in his career, he served US and EMEA clients in the Financial Services industry.

Jake’s areas of expertise include Financial Services, Private Equity, Consulting, and Strategy.

He studied at the University of Edinburgh and King’s School Canterbury.

In his free time, Jake enjoys golfing and is an avid tennis player.
