With over 15 years of multifaceted experience spanning operations, engineering, consulting, and talent acquisition, Greg is a trusted partner for public and private equity clients worldwide. His primary focus is placing top-tier executives at the Board, C-suite, and senior levels across the Energy, Energy Transition, Chemicals, and broader Industrial landscape.

Additionally, he brings a deep understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability domains, demonstrated through his successful placements of executives in pivotal roles across numerous industry sectors.

Prior to joining ZRG, Greg held senior positions at two prominent global executive search firms, where he specialized in delivering to the nuanced needs of the Industrial, Energy, and Energy Transition markets.

Before entering the field of executive search, Greg distinguished himself through a seven-year tenure at EY and DuPont, where he served as a trusted advisor to a diverse array of industrial clients. In this capacity, Greg spearheaded initiatives focused on operational excellence and large capital project execution within high-hazard business models. His strategic insights and hands-on approach were instrumental in driving business transformations and fostering growth for clients navigating challenging operational landscapes. Greg started his career as a chemical engineer in DuPont's automotive coatings business.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.        

During his leisure hours, Greg finds joy in fatherhood, embarking on hikes, delving into the pages of non-fiction literature, exploring international destinations, and collecting vintage sports cards.
