Geraldo Teixeira is a Managing Director of ZRG Partners Brazil and is based both in the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices. Geraldo is co-responsible for the company’s startup in Brazil.

He is the Head of the Industrial, Infrastructure, and Insurance practices in Brazil and a member of the firm`s global Industrial and Financial Services practices. In addition, Geraldo is a specialist in CFO searches across all industries.

Throughout his career, Geraldo has led a wide variety of C-level assignments and assessments for a vast range of clients, including, but not limited to, large multinational companies, Brazilian blue chip companies, midcap, family businesses, private equity, and startups.

Prior to joining ZRG, Geraldo was a Vice President & Partner in a leading Executive Search firm in Brazil, where he served in the Industrial and Financial Services practices.

Earlier in his career, Geraldo worked for an international search firm where he initially led assignments across a broad array of industries.

Before entering the search industry, Geraldo held various roles covering many segments at Citibank where he worked for almost 6 years. Geraldo started his career in the logistics department working for Equant, currently known as Orange Business Services.

Geraldo holds a Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. He also attended the Advanced Program in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting from Cornell University (NY) and the Program People, Culture, and Performance: Strategies from Silicon Valley from Stanford Graduate School of Business (US).

He is a native speaker of Portuguese and is fluent in English.

Geraldo loves playing soccer, tennis, and snowboarding. He also loves traveling with his family.
