Genilda is a passionate business management and cultural transformation professional, with a long experience in delivering organisational development and cultural alignment.

Genilda's impressive career spans two decades, during which she has led various culture transformation processes, involving people and leadership development in organisations of different sizes and industries. She has also lent her expertise as a board member.

After her corporate experience, Genilda transitioned into consultancy, where she has been instrumental in meeting the most critical needs of individuals and organisations. This includes large-scale projects in cultural transformation, leadership development, and change management. Genilda specializes in guiding organisations in developing their culture by clarifying strategic drivers and future business needs.

Having worked with prestigious clients such as Banco Itaú, Votorantim, Vivo, C&A, and Multiplus, her experiences have honed Genilda's skills in people and leadership development.

Genilda delivered several successful projects in different sectors such as banking, retail and telecommunications, especially in Brazil, Canada, Chile and Mexico.

Genilda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specialising in Marketing, and a Master's degree in Business Management. Further, she is certified in Executive Coaching by Erikson College in Canada, Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre, and Leadership for Innovation by the University of California at Berkeley, USA.
