Known as The Leadership Strategist, Galen Bigham, MBA, PCC, is a certified Executive  Coach who offers insight from 30 years of operating experience with Fortune 500 companies and 6 years’ experience as a brick-and-mortar retail franchise owner. He has led in industry-leading corporations like Kraft Foods, Imperial Sugar, and The Coca-Cola Company.

He is consistently sought to advise or serve on premiere non-profit boards where he provides oversight in governance, board development, CEO selection and organizational leadership. Galen is a two-time published leadership author and has coached or consulted with over 875 senior executives, CEOs, and non-profit leaders across 7 countries.  

Galen has extensive experience in strategic selling and sales and people leadership initiatives across the globe. He has led training sessions across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and England.

Prior to Executive Coaching, Galen was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Kiln Global Coaching and Consulting; co-owner & General Manager, Big Chair Enterprises, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt; Senior Manager of Strategic Sales Capability, Coca-Cola Co (KO); and the Division General Manager, Imperial Sugar.

Galen earned his B.S Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University and an MBA from Rice University. His credentials also include: Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coaching Federation; Certified Executive Coach (CEC), World Coach Institute; Certified Hogan Leadership Series Assessments; and Certified Meta-Coach, Goleman Emotional Intelligence
