Freddie Hodgson
Managing Director
Freddie is a graduate from Durham University, with a degree in Modern European Languages and History. He holds a postgraduate degree in Education from University College London and is a qualified secondary school Spanish teacher and a Teach First ambassador. He joined ZRG in 2013 and is a Principal in the senior team.
Freddie advises clients on their senior strategy talent needs and fulfills senior permanent placements and interim hires in ZRG’s core areas of focus: strategy, transformation, PE operations, performance improvement, and Chief of Staff roles.
He supports clients in the UK, US, Europe, and globally across a broad spectrum of industries, including private equity, life sciences, industrials, retail, CPG, financial services, logistics, non-profit, and others. He has placed strategy talent into a broad range of permanent roles, consulting projects, and interim assignments.
