Daniel Filet has been a Managing Director in ZRG’s Amsterdam Office and a member of the Firm’s Global Industrial Practice since 2023. Daniel brings over a decade’s worth of experience in the executive search and talent advisory for clients within the Industrial and Consumer sector.

Daniel has conducted high-level executive search assignments within Renewable Energy & Offshore, Transportation & Logistics, Building Products and Infrastructure. He has worked extensively on innovation, digitalization, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Furthermore, he works functionally in the Supply Chain domain including in FMCG. Daniel has successfully led engagements across Europe, North America, and Asia for private and public-owned companies as well as private equity clients.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Filet worked as a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles, Korn/Ferry, and as a consultant in a fast-growing boutique focused within the Technology sector. Mr. Filet earned a master’s degree in political science from the University of Amsterdam and a bachelor’s degree in international business management. Mr. Filet is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
