Colleen Wilson serves as a Managing Director within Interim Solutions & Project Consulting at ZRG, bringing extensive expertise in accounting and finance with a strong emphasis on life sciences and technology. Transitioning from legacy ZRG, she has worked across various industries, assisting clients through all stages of the business lifecycle. Her focus has been on providing interim leadership and delivering transformative solutions tailored to each organization’s unique needs. Prior to joining ZRG, Colleen gained invaluable experience at American Express, where she developed a strong foundation in financial operations and strategic planning that has been instrumental to her success.

Colleen earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Florida, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex business environments and drive meaningful results. She is an active member of the CFO Leadership Council of Jacksonville, where she connects with industry leaders and stays informed on the latest trends and best practices in finance and leadership.
