Caroline Waddington joined ZRG in 2023 as Managing Director for the Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Practice. Based in South Florida, her key focus is to support ZRG’s clients in meeting their key initiatives and needs for efficient, cooperative, and adaptable business professionals. ​

With 18 years of experience in 3 countries, Caroline supports Fortune 1000 and privately owned middle market companies by deploying interim, project, and consulting solutions. She has served Consumer Goods, Software, Technology, Telecommunications, Industrial, Financial services, Media & Entertainment, and Nonprofit clients.​

Born and raised in Versailles, France, Caroline began her professional career in external audit at Deloitte in Paris, then later in Montreal, Canada. Wanting to try a career in sales instead of staying the core audit/accounting route, she joined Michael Page and quickly confirmed that sales plays to her passions: relationship building, creative problem-solving, and the quick pace the industry naturally requires.​

She developed the Finance and Accounting groups in Montreal and Calgary for Michael Page, then later joined the consulting firm RGP in Calgary. She relocated to Miami in 2019, landing and expanding an impressive set of clients in each country and partnering with them on their key strategic initiatives.

Caroline focuses on the offices of the Financial Officers and Human Resources Officers, Transformation and Transaction Interim Solutions.​

She has experience with Publicly traded and PE-backed companies in the Consumer, Industrial, Software, Media & Entertainment, Professional & Technology Services industries. ​

Supports Florida-based and across the nation companies as well as European, Canadian & LatAm companies in the US.

Caroline graduated with an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France.​
