Caio Brisolla is a seasoned Senior Consultant and Project Manager with a comprehensive background in working with midsize and large companies across several sectors.

Caio brings to the table over 15 years experience as a specialist in corporate culture, organisational structure, HR policies, variable pay, leadership development, and change management. Prior to this, he accumulated 18 years of solid experience as an HR & Administration Executive in national and multinational companies.

His prowess in cultural change is demonstrated by his contribution as a Technical Reviewer of the Portuguese version of Richard’s books published in Brazil, such as 'The Values Driven organisation': 'Unleashing Human Potential for Performance and Profit' and 'Evolutionary Coaching'.

Caio's leadership development experience is reflected in his active participation in management boards and executive committees in Brazil and Europe. In addition to his core expertise in HR, he also holds executive experiences in Finance, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain areas, showcasing his versatility and leadership capabilities.

Having worked with a range of sectors – including financial, services, industrial, and agribusiness – in LATAM countries, Caio possesses a broad understanding of multiple industries.

Caio holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Human Resources. Recognized as one of the “50 most admired HR Leaders in Brazil,” he also lends his expertise as a Lecturer and Professor of MBA Programs at notable universities and business schools in Brazil. As a Global Partner, Trainer, and Consultant certified by Barrett Values Centre (BVC), Caio has significant expertise in the use of methods and tools for corporate culture diagnosis and management projects.
