Bryan Lick

Bryan Lick rejoined ZRG in 2024 as Vice President.

Prior to rejoining ZRG, Bryan spent six years at the National Basketball Association leading the league’s sourcing and executive recruiting efforts and consulting with its teams on talent acquisition best practices. In addition to filling over 70 executive openings across business and basketball operations.

Bryan helped foster collaboration, innovation, and growth by leading monthly community calls with recruiting leaders across the NBA. In partnership with the NBA’s diversity, equity, and inclusion department, he co-facilitated inclusive recruiting and selection workshops to help mitigate bias in the recruiting process. He also represented the HR department, presenting on recruiting best practices at league-wide ticketing workshops and sales and marketing meetings.

Bryan supported early career recruiting efforts, leading recruiting and assisting with the programming and content efforts for the league’s inaugural Future Sales Stars Program, to bolster the league’s pipeline of diverse talent in revenue-producing roles. Bryan also led interview training with prospective coaches and served on the NBA’s Coaches Equality Initiative, to develop and bring visibility to a wider array of coaching prospects.

Bryan began his career with the Turneky group, where he worked with a variety of sports and entertainment clients including AEG, AT&T, Chicago Cubs, Edmonton Oilers, Kansas City Chiefs, Madison Square Garden, PGA TOUR, Roc Nation, Rutgers University, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, UFC, and others.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University. He resides in Red Bank, New Jersey, with his wife and daughters.
