Bruno Lino is a Director and Partner at ZRG Brazil, where he leads the Consumer and Retail practices. He has been with ZRG Brazil since 2017, working with both global and national clients. In addition, he is a columnist for the websites ecommercebrasil.com.br and www.aceleravarejo.com.br.  ​

Experience ​

Bruno has over 15 years of experience in executive recruitment. He began his career in executive search in 2010 at a multinational consulting firm. He later spent approximately five years as a Director and Partner at a major Brazilian consultancy focused on recruiting C-level positions. Although specialized in the Consumer and Retail sectors, Bruno has recruited executives across multiple industries, including Pharma, Education, Agribusiness, Telecom, and Digital. Geographically, he has led search projects throughout all regions of Brazil, as well as in several Latin American countries, such as Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, among others.​

Before entering the executive search industry, he worked as Marketing and Partnerships Manager for a major national e-commerce company.​

Education ​

Bruno holds a degree in Advertising from ESPM-RJ (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) and an MBA in Business Management from FGV-RJ (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). He also completed the Board Development Program at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) and holds an executive coaching certification (FECI: Front-End Intensive Coaching) from Teachers College, Columbia University. Bruno is fluent in English and Spanish.
