Bruno Lino is Director of ZRG Partners Brasil, one of the fastest-growing mid-sized global executive search firms in the industry. Bruno is based in both the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices. He is the Head of the Consumer Goods and Retail practice in Brasil and a member of the firm’s Agribusiness practice. In addition, Bruno is a specialist in recruiting CMOs and other senior-level marketing positions for different industries.

Bruno joined the executive search industry in 2010 at a multinational firm, where he was in charge of the specialized recruitment of sales and marketing roles. Subsequently, Bruno held the role of Director & Partner of a large national consulting firm focused on the recruitment of C-Level and Senior Management roles for the Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, and Digital markets for five years. Throughout his career, Bruno has always worked closely with both the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro markets. He also brings significant experience recruiting for large multinational companies and national groups with great relevance in the local market.

Prior to beginning his career in executive search, Bruno was a Marketing Manager for an e-commerce company, where he had the opportunity to develop online and offline communications projects nationwide.

Bruno holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing – ESPM and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Bruno is fluent in English and has an advanced level of Spanish.

Bruno is a former athlete of the Brazilian Water Polo National Team. Nowadays, he plays for the amateur league.
