Brian brings over 20 years of experience in general management and consulting to ZRG. Previously, he was an owner-operator of Professional Sports Care Management, Inc., a leading outpatient physical therapy provider in the northern US.

He joined The Onstott Group in April 2015, where he was a Managing Director with a specific focus on the healthcare industry.

Brian entered the search business in 1996 as Vice President of Michael Kelly Associates (MKA), a firm specializing in healthcare, technology, and financial services, which later became The Directorship Search Group. He then launched his own firm, BTK Associates, LLC, for executive and Board search services. Prior to that, he was a Partner at two other national executive search firms for which he ran healthcare practices. His consulting experience covers an array of healthcare services sectors including payers, providers, and H.C.I.T.

In the last ten years, Brian has worked closely with the private equity and venture capital sectors on senior-level searches, management audits, advisory board services, and market analysis for their portfolio companies/new investments.

He graduated from Boston College with a BA in Communications in 1991. He captained the BC Baseball team in 1990 and 1991 and was inducted into the Boston College Hall of Fame for his efforts in 2004.

Brian resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with his wife, Fraser, and their four kids, Grayson, Jack, Cooper, and Nash. He enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, fishing, and traveling with his wife and kids. He is also a Board member of The Greenwich Old Timers Athletic Association and The Villa Maria School.
