Ben joined ZRG in February 2024 as a Managing Director, leading the European Board Practice as part of the acquisition of his own executive search firm, Ignata Group. With 20 years of experience in executive search, Ben has earned an enviable reputation among clients and candidates as one of the industry’s most effective recruiters.Ben manages board appointments on behalf of some of the most reputable and well-known blue-chips, as well as both VC and PE-backed businesses.EXECUTIVE SEARCHBen started his career recruiting CFO’s and has historically built his reputation in the consumer and technology sectors. Having broadened his experience across Europe, Ben has been trusted by his clients to recruit:Chair (Executive and Non-Executive),CEOCFOCTO/CIOCPOCMO/CGOBen holds a degree in Business, coupled with an MBA from INSEAD. He is a father of two beautiful children, married to Vikki (who runs the Interim CFO Practice at ZRG) and lives in Sussex. He is a huge sports fan and loves football, rugby, golf and Formula One. Fun fact – Ben is a classically trained flutist!
