Arushi Bhattacharya is a Managing Director at ZRG, where she leads executive search across Technology Services, Global Capability Centers, Real Estate Development, Infrastructure & Hospitality.  She brings more than two decades of experience advising organizations on critical leadership decisions.

Before joining ZRG, Arushi was a Partner at Kingsley Gate. Earlier in her career, she founded and led Bluewater Consulting and held senior roles at HVS, Boyden, and Executive Access.

Arushi has evolved from a generalist into a trusted advisor in technology consulting and services, global enterprises building and scaling business & GCCs. She partners closely with boards, promoters, global CXOs, and India leadership teams to define senior roles, succession strategies, and leadership models that enable growth, innovation, and global delivery. Her experience also spans real estate, infrastructure, and hospitality, where she brings a deep understanding of asset-intensive businesses and their leadership dynamics. Clients and candidates value her consultative style, discretion, and sharp instinct for leadership potential.

Arushi is based in ZRG’s New Delhi office. She holds a gold medal in Human Resources from Symbiosis and a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology from the University of Delhi. Outside of work, she enjoys street and portrait photography and is a devoted dog lover working to support shelters.
